Mr. Emmanuel Ebo Ocran - Board Member

Mr. Emmanuel Ebo Ocran is a Chartered Accountant and experienced Systems Analyst with over 19 years of expertise in finance, information technology, and strategic project management. He currently serves as the Head of Payroll and Finance Manager for Mastercard Foundation programs at KNUST, managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio aimed at education and health transformation.

Throughout his career at KNUST, he has held several key roles, including Head of Budget, Head of Data Processing, and Head of Payroll, where he led the development of financial systems and internal controls.

Mr. Ocran holds an MBA in Business Information Technology and a BSc in Computer Science, both from KNUST, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.

His cross-functional skills in data analytics, financial systems, and policy development position him as a valuable contributor to the Bank’s digital and operational advancement.
