
Mrs. Georgina Yeboah - Board Member
Mrs. Georgina Yeboah is a seasoned expert in Human Resource and Health Services Administration with over two decades of leadership experience. Her background in healthcare management, policy development, and organizational leadership makes her a valuable member of the Atwima Kwanwoma Rural Bank Board. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the African Forum for Research and Education in Health (AFREhealth), where she leads the implementation of strategic health and education initiatives across Africa.
Previously, she held senior roles at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), including Deputy Director of Human Resource Management and Acting Director of Administration.
Mrs. Yeboah holds an MBA and a BSc. in Health Services Administration from the University of Ghana Business School. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana, and a member of several professional bodies, including the International Labour and Employment Relations Association.
Her contributions include establishing KATH’s HR unit, driving HR policy reforms, and supporting international workforce development projects with organizations like the WHO. Her expertise in governance, planning, and institutional growth continues to support the Bank’s mission of innovation and service excellence.
